Abstract
A senstive, accurate procedure is presented for the determination of Bence Jones protein
in urine. A high filtering temperature is necessary for complete separation from urinary
albumin. The separated Bence Jones protein is determined turbidimetrically by precipitation
with sulfosalicylic acid.
