Abstract
- 1.1. The Folin-Wu distillation procedure for blood urea is modified by the inclusion of a steam distillation apparatus.
- 2.2. The values obtained by the method are in close agreement with those obtained by the original Folin-Wu procedure.
- 3.3. The modification has the advantages of freedom from close technical supervision and eliminates most of the hazards of the original procedure.
